Salesforce Integration With Salesforge

Salesforce is a cloud-based CRM platform for managing sales, marketing, and customer service. Salesforge’s Salesforce integration enables seamless syncing of your email outreach with Salesforce lead data. It allows lead and field information to flow between Salesforce and Salesforge without manual import.

Key Features

With this integration, you can import Salesforce leads directly into Salesforge in just a few clicks. During import you can map built-in or custom Salesforce fields to Salesforge’s fields. Likewise, whenever you label an email reply in Salesforge, the corresponding Salesforce Lead Status is updated automatically, keeping both systems in sync.

How To Use It

In Salesforge, go to Settings -> Integrations, find Salesforce and click Connect. This opens the Salesforce login; after authorizing, return to Salesforge and save. You will then configure which Salesforge “Primebox” labels map to Salesforce lead statuses. After setup, any labeled replies in Salesforge will push status updates back to Salesforce automatically.
